Bonus

When it comes to bonuses, Voodoo Dreams really has got things on track. In line with its more spiritual theme, the bonuses are referred to as Spells, which are then cast to receive a reward. Bonuses are awarded as both match deposit bonuses as well as free spins, commonly awarded on the theme-appropriate slot – Book of Dead. Older players are not forgotten either, as there are continuous rewards, tournaments and a loyalty program all in place to offer exciting options.

Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus is an exciting match deposit bonus that actually spans more than just your first deposit. In fact, it goes all the way through to a fourth deposit making it quite lucrative in the long run. The first deposit offers you 100% up to a value of 10,000 INR. A second deposit gives you 100% up to 30,000 INR, a third deposit brings a 50% match up to 30,000 INR and a fourth will score you a final 50% match up to 30,000 INR.

Wagering Requirements

There are wagering requirements attached to this welcome deposit bonus, as you might expect. These are set at a relatively high, though not unmanageable, 60x. This means that any winnings accrued from this bonus cannot be withdrawn until the requirements are met. The winnings generated from Free Spin bonuses are credited as bonus money and are subject to wagering requirements of 40 times bonus amount. All other, later deposit bonuses, if not otherwise stated, are subject to a wagering requirement of 40 times the bonus amount.

Bonus Spins and Other Promotions

As part of the welcome bonus, players are also awarded a number of free spins on Book of Dead. In fact they’re awarded 200. This is only awarded on the first deposit you make; the subsequent welcome bonus deposits do not elicit further free spins. These free spins are paid out 20 per day for a period of 10 days. These will not be added automatically to your account, but rather you will have to log in each day to your account to have them added.

As well as the weekly tournaments available to players, there’s a loyalty program that can be joined as well. Similar to many loyalty programs, Voodoo Dreams’ program is based on a points system where you can gain points by making real money wagers on games. There are two types of points given – one are Experience Points which help players reach higher levels and better rewards. The other is Spirit points, which give you the ability to unlock spells, or bonuses.

Customer Support

Although the website generally works smoothly, this is all technology-based so we can assume that something will go wrong at some point. Whatever the reason, Voodoo Dreams has a stellar customer service team in place, ready to cater to all of your needs. Happily, while not all customer service features are available around the clock, the live chat is. This is the recommended option for any urgent issues. However, it’s worth noting that the support was not able to help in Hindi.

There is also an email option that you can use if the issue isn’t so urgent. Emails tend to be responded to within a day or two – there is no phone support for Indian players. However, there is a comprehensive FAQ section on the site, which does break down and cover the vast majority of common questions and issues. We recommend this as your first port of call when an issue arises as it is the fastest method of getting an answer.

With providers and operators alike investing heavily in mobile platforms, the ubiquity of mobile gaming is prevalent more than ever before with technologies and standards like HTML5 facilitating the transition towards a more mobile-friendly gaming experience.

Payment Methods

One of the biggest factors when choosing an online casino is the reliability and speed of the banking options provided. Voodoo Dreams makes sure to offer a whole ton of payment options, each of which are known for their security, transparency and efficiency. When it comes to deposits, you’ve got almost everything from cards to e-wallets. While there are generally no fees, card payments from MasterCard and Visa do have a 2.5% convenience fee. Skrill does not.

Withdrawals can be made through many of the same options, though there are not quite as many options available. Unlike the deposit methods, there is a longer transaction time for withdrawals. This is because the casino undergoes a processing period where they check out your request. Once this period is up, e-wallets will transfer your winnings instantly to your account. Card payments take a little longer, usually anywhere from 2 to 4 working days, to complete the entire process.
