Chilli Casino is brand new for the UK market, and we think it’s definitely worth checking out. As a new casino, the first thing we need to verify is the casino credentials, so we can be sure that the site is safe and fair. Luckily, we need look no further than the licensing. It has been granted a license from the UK Gambling Commission, so if it meets their stringent guidelines then it’s sure to be legit.

Beyond the credentials, this is a casino that’s sure to excite slots lovers in particular, with a truly great collection of slot games to choose from. This Chilli Casino review will tell you everything you need to know about the games and bonuses, plus all the practical information on payments and support.

Chilli Casino

The first thing you notice when visiting the Chilli online casino site is the pared-down aesthetic. The colours are bold, and the graphics are simple and striking. We like this approach, as it means that the site is super-fast to load up, and there are no unnecessary distractions.

The user-friendly design is further enhanced by the extremely effective search function and categories. Players can find games individually, from an alphabetical list or by software provider. You can also browse the categories which are divided by theme. This unique way of sorting the games makes it much easier to find the type of game that you might be interested in. For example, if you know that you love the graphics in Starburst, then you can browse the Fruits and Jewels category for something in a similar vein.

While slots are the main event at Chilli Casino, you will also find some table games and live casino in the mix. Contributions from big studios like Playtech, NetEnt and Microgaming ensure a library packed with well-known titles, and for variety there are games from some smaller developers. So, let’s take a deeper dive into what this casino has to offer.

Chilli Casino Bonuses and Free Spins

The main event here is the Chilli Casino welcome offer, which comes with something pretty rare – free spins with no wagering requirements. However, please note that the cash bonus is subject to x50 wagering requirement.

The full bonus is a deposit match up to £150, with 10 free spins on the first deposit of £10 or more. After that, you have two weeks to claim the rest of the Chilli Casino free spins, which are awarded as one 10p spin per £1 deposited, up to a total of 150.

As the free spins come without wagering requirements, any winnings you get from them will be added directly to your cash balance. With an offer like this, who needs a Chilli Casino no deposit bonus? We think that this is an even better deal. What’s more, the free spins can be played on four of the most popular slot games out there, namely Finn and the Swirly Spin, Aloha: Cluster Pays, Berryburst or the legendary Starburst.

After you’ve used this Chilli Casino bonus, there’s plenty to stick around for. Like the site design, the creators of this site have opted to keep the reward scheme simple. Players collect points known as Chillies, at a rate of one point for every £10 played on any game. Head to the store to find out what these points can be exchanged for, but don’t wait too long as they expire after a certain amount of time.

Finally, there’s the invite-only VIP program. If you get the tap, you’ll have a personalised service with loads of perks. This includes extra bonuses and promotions, entry into exclusive competitions, the chance to play new games first and personal gifts. You could also be invited to exclusive live music and sporting events.

Customer Support

Agents are on hand seven days a week, between the hours of 7.30am and 1am. You can get in touch through live chat, or call them on their local-rate phone number. Alternatively, there’s a contact form on the website that will be answered via email.

If you should run into trouble during their down-time, then you can check the FAQ section to see if your query is addressed there. Otherwise, it’ll be a small wait to speak to someone.

Chilli Games and Slot Machines

Having had a good browse through the games, we can say with confidence that the selection at Chilli Casino is top notch. It’s a little light on the table games and live casino, but there’s still a decent enough collection even of these. However, slots are what this site does best, and here they really deliver.

Games come courtesy of a good mix of bigger and smaller names – Blueprint, Eyecon, IGT, InspiredGaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Playtech, Quickspin, Realistic and Red Tiger. This makes for a really interesting portfolio of more than 500 titles.

Chilli Casino has a particularly impressive number of jackpot games – close to ninety at the time of writing. As well as the ones that can be found everywhere, like Mega Fortune and Age of the Gods, here you can find Playtech’s superhero themes like the classic Batman and Superman slots, or the more recent Suicide Squad. There are also plenty of daily jackpot games, with tidy payouts every single day.

As we mentioned in the intro, the games have been sorted into themes to make browsing easier. Some of the categories include Superhero, Myths and Legends, Irish, Egyptian, Animals and Nature, and Sports. We found that this novel approach made browsing easier and more enjoyable, and led us to some games that may have otherwise remained buried in the long list.

Payment Methods

You can be sure to find a payment option that suits you at Chilli Casino, with the following available for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Visa
• MasterCard
• Maestro
• PayPal
• Skrill
• Neteller

Withdrawals can also be made directly to your bank. Deposits from Skrill or Neteller will not be eligible for the Chilli Casino welcome offer. £10 is the minimum deposit allowed, but there are no withdrawal limits.

A few other terms to mention are the processing fees and withdrawal times. Withdrawals carry a flat fee of £2.50 per transaction, and deposits of under £500 are taxed at 2.5% of the deposited amount with a 50p minimum. Withdrawals are processed after a holding period of up to 24 hours. After this, payments to e-wallets are instant, but may take a further 3-5 working days for other methods.
